The financial, environmental, aesthetic and community impacts of solar can be hard to measure for those of us who want to ‘do the right thing’ but find some of the information difficult to understand. Others of us might just be unsure of how trustworthy the information is.

That is why it is great that CHOICE who promote themselves as a non-profit providing unbiased reviews and defending consumer rights since 1959 has written an article – Solar power explained  which looks at costs, suitability, equipment and installation.

It is good reading for householders, but also for communities. We have worked with community facilities to help them install solar, imagine what you could do in your community.
