Here’s a community energy idea ….. The management committee of a well-used, community, recreation reserve, with excellent buildings, had often thought they should get solar panels. Their local Community Power Hub found that they just needed a little bit of encouragement and support to confirm the technical specifications that would be best for them so now it has been agreed that solar panels will be installed and it seems that the committee is sufficiently convinced of the value of this proposal that they will fund the installation themselves for the benefit of all users.
